Find a place to call home

Hi! I’m Daja, but you can call me DJ. I make buying and investing in property simple—so you can focus on what matters most.

Who I Help

Buyers

I love working with buyers, especially first-time homebuyers. You give me a wishlist and I’ll put it all together in order to find you the house you’ve been dreaming of.

Not quite ready to buy? I can also help coach you through the process of preparing for homeownership, whether that takes months or years. I’m in it for the long haul.

Sellers

Selling a home has a lot of moving parts. At one point, many people will have to sell for a variety of reasons: relocating, downsizing, growing a family, starting a new career, or even handling a family member’s estate.

I can help you understand the ins and outs of selling your home, and give you the most return in this market.

Nonprofits

As someone who has worked in affordable housing, I seek to help nonprofit organizations and government agencies connect with experienced and passionate housing professionals. I work with Housing Authorities and Redevelopment Agencies to assist with the task of preparing low-income buyers for homeownership.
